FAQs
Does the cabin have heat/AC?
Yes, it does! All cabins are equipped with mini-split systems that are easy to operate by remote control so you can stay comfortable. The cabins also have portable fans.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We love pets and know how difficult it can be to find accommodations for your loved ones. We do charge a single pet cleaning fee per stay regardless of how many pets you are traveling with. Outdoors, pets must be leashed to avoid encounters with other guests. See our pet policy for more information.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund if the reservation is canceled more than five days before the reservation start date. Within five days, we can offer a refund based on the price differential if we can get the cabin re-rented.
Is there WiFi or cable TV?
We do not have cable TV but we do have high speed WiFi and smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows! Netflix is complimentary.
